How did you get into rowing?

I wanted to try a new sport when I was going from primary school to secondary school

When not rowing, what do you do in your spare time and do you have any hobbies? –

This year I unfortunately had to spend all of my spare time studying for the Leaving Cert. I enjoy playing soccer, going to the cinema and climbing the MacGillycuddy’s Reeks when I get the time in Summer.

If you weren’t rowing, what sport would you be doing?

I would probably be doing a different type of endurance sport like cross country or still playing soccer.

How does it feel to represent Ireland in rowing?

Exciting but nerve racking. There is a lot of pressure to perform well.

What are your future goals in rowing?

Continuously progress myself until I reach my fastest speed possible . I am also aiming to compete in a Senior World championship before I reach the age of 22.
